Rhonda Foxworthy, MS, LPC

Rhonda is a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with adults, adolescents, families, and couples. She is passionate about helping her clients find a better life, one that is worth living, and helping them move from a place of feeling “stuck” or aimless to a place of hope, life satisfaction, and peace.

Her goal is to be a great listener and provide a peaceful, non-judgmental environment where it is safe to share. She believes that together we can find innovative solutions to what is holding you back from becoming the author of your own story.

Rhonda specializes in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief, and loss. She is an experienced marriage counselor and works with couples in all stages of their relationship: Premarital Counseling, and Discernment Counseling. She is also extensively trained in Perinatal Mood Disorders.

Rhonda uses an integrative approach in therapy with attachment-based, interpersonal focus incorporating elements from Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Dialectical and Cognitive Behavior Therapies.
