With more than twenty years of experience, Joanna has a particular passion for supporting children and adolescents facing academic, relational, and emotional challenges. As a seasoned teacher and certified life coach, Joanna combines her diverse skills to provide compassionate and effective support. Joanna has a Master of Science degree in Counseling/Clinical Mental Health from the University of Phoenix. She is practicing as a Counseling Intern under the supervision of Laura Beth Peterson. Joanna’s dedication to helping young individuals thrive makes her a valuable addition to our team.

Joanna utilizes the following types of therapy:
- CBT, a widely used and evidence-based form of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors.
